Overview of History Collection

Typically, each time you click the sampler's RUN button, new data are added to the case table and plot, and the former data disappear. Using the History option, you can record various results of a run to keep track of what happens over repeated samples. This is done by making a plot that shows the value you want to keep track of and clicking on it to add it to a History collection. Now, each time you draw a new sample, the new value will be automatically added to the History collection. For an example of using this capability, choose TinkerPlots Movies from the Help menu, and watch the movie "Simulating Group Differences."
